Though headquartered in Atlanta, the flight operations were at Orlando-Sanford Airport, Florida. They were a scheduled charter airline founded in 1995. Generally speaking, this airline subcontracted it's aircraft and crews to other charter groups, travel companies, several foreign airlines. The airline declared Chapter 7 bankruptcy on 29 September 2005 and ceased all operations.
